Filing drawers complete with file bars perfect for high-density suspension, box and lever arch filing. The solid carcass on our drawers provide secure space for storing technology, reference materials, books and other paraphernalia found in an office environment. There are 3 heights of drawer and 4 widths of cabinet available as standard so an ideal home can be found for everything. Adjustable levelling feet fitted as standard to ensure a consistent surface on any floor.

Two drawer unit
Two filing drawers plus worktop is ideal for desk-height with levelling feet to ensure a consistent surface. Accessories can be ordered separately to ensure an efficient use of the space available. Available in 4 widths.
Three drawer unit
Three drawers plus worktop is convenient for standing-height islands and suites naturally with countertops and café stools. Available in 4 widths.
Four drawer unit
Four drawers are ideal for space division in an open environment suiting naturally with screen heights. Every drawer comes complete with file bars to accommodate file pockets but there are drawer divider plates and other internals available separately to ensure efficient storage as well.
Two-door units
LateralFile two door units are available in 3 widths and up to 12 heights. All internals must be ordered separately and there are many to choose from with options from basic shelves to roll out filing frames. Each unit has levelling feet to improve function on any surface.

Two-door cupboard
Available in 3 widths and 12 heights. Every unit comes with levelling feet, double skin doors, and soft close functionality as standard.
Tambour door units
LateralFile tambour door units are available in 3 widths and up to 13 heights although there is some practical variance of height availability. Using fully retracting shutter doors, tambour door units are ideal for use in small spaces and walkways as an alternative to drawers and cupboards. All internals must be ordered separately and there are many to choose from with options from basic shelves to roll out filing frames. Each unit has levelling feet to improve function on any surface.

Single shutter Tambour door unit
The w800 unit has a single door to maximise the internal capacity and therefore storage efficiency. The door handle is metal with locking pins at top and bottom for improved security.
Double shutter Tambour door unit
The w1000 unit has two fully retractable shutter doors and an extensive range of internal options, available to order separately, to accommodate filing and storage needs. The door handles are metal with locking pins at top and bottom for improved security. w1200 is unique to tambour door units as the extra width provides increased internal capacity allowing for filing efficiencies. As these units are usually found along against walls or to create walkways they can be planned separately and are available in a selection of heights.
Combination units
The versatility of LateralFile is captured in its combination unit offer. It is possible to create your own unit but a selection of the most popular and practical are shown here. Combination units are ideal for accommodating different filing requirements in one unit as they bring together a variety of closure options including flippers (ideal for binders and box files), drawers (ideal for suspension filing) and doors (ideal for shelves and filing frames) making this unit completely customisable.

Combination units
Start with the carcass which are available in 3 widths and 13 heights, and configure a unit bespoke to your needs using a combination of closures. And don’t forget to order appropriate internals separately.
Bookcase units
These are shallower than other LateralFIle units at 300mm deep making them ideal for literature and display purposes. Available in 3 widths and 3 heights every bookcase comes fitted with the appropriate number of adjustable shelves that are coloured to match the carcass finish.

Magazine units
With sloping shelves, ideal for magazine display with concealed shelf to store old literature. Seat pads available for smaller units creating a reading space. Available in 3 widths and 4 heights every unit comes fitted with the appropriate number of shelves that are coloured to match the carcass finish.

Lodges
Personal storage lockers for front-of-house applications, available with a range of additional features such as postal slots and picture holders. Choose from a range of locks from barrel and key to more advanced electronic locks to suit all needs and use multi-colored doors to denote team spaces and promote your brand.
