Bisley Bespoke

People always come first at Bisley. Whether you’re a customer, dealer, architect, or designer, you benefit from a service that’s engineered entirely around you. We’ve refined our expertise over the decades, regularly accommodating bespoke requirements. From having existing Bisley products finished in your brand colours, to resizing storage units to match a specific layout, we can design, manufacture, and deliver completely unique products.

Bisley Bespoke - manufacturing excellence that’s engineered around you.

Conscious Design

Our Green Design protocol directs our designers to consider the environmental attributes of a new bespoke product, from the very beginning of a project.

At the forefront of the design process, and one of the main aspects considered, is the longevity of our products and as such, we incorporate interchangability of mateirals and parts to extend and maximise a product's life cycle. We allow the ease of upgrading and retrofit of new interior fitments, such as frames and shelving, and of course, we promote recycling. We continue to research different ways we can introduce other materials that will appeal to our extensive client base, with even more environmental consideration.

The Bespoke package

Clients that join our Bisley Bespoke service are fully supported by our dedicated Bespoke and Special Requests team, from initial concepts and review stage, right through to installation and aftercare.

Our Bespoke clients benefit from a personalised service and unlimited contact with a dedicated Project Manager throughout the process. Your Project Manager will become your main point of contact and can act as an extension of your team, but rest assured that with years of knowledge and expertise between them, our Bespoke and Special Requests team will be working on your project and on hand whenever you might need them.

A full breakdown of the Bespoke package is detailed in our Bisley Bespoke brochure.

The process

The process for our bespoke projects varies, depending on our clients’ requirements and specifications. The main elements of each enquiry follow a set of tried and tested milestones to guide your bespoke project from concept stage to completion.

Buddy

An alternative to free-standing pedestals and personal caddy storage, Buddy is our personal height-adjustable storage solution, and Design Guild Mark winner for 2022.

We were approached by one of the biggest banks in the world to create a storage solution that was off the ground and stood alongside employees, offering peace of mind when securely storing their personal belongings.

Buddy’s launch is significant in the development of our bespoke service. Following the success of the tailored design, testing and manufacturing, our Bespoke team was developed as well as the process that has been built upon ever since.
